Led by the Digital Engagement Officer, Sarah Madden, this service provides advice and support to help museums engage digitally with their audiences. Sarah’s position is currently being covered by Victoria Hopton.
Sarah answers queries and advises on problems, carries out digital audits, makes site visits and provides training through the Museum Skills programme. She can also offer specialist consultancy in partnership with a Museum Development Officer where needed.
